Our Commitment

At Neat Freaks Cleaning Services, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services with attention to detail. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we aim to provide a freakishly flawless experience with every visit.

 

Refund Eligibility

Because cleaning is a service-based business and not a tangible product, we do not generally offer refunds once a service has been completed. However, we do stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will gladly return to your property to re-clean the area(s) of concern at no additional charge within a reasonable scope of the original service.

 

Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Provided

Requests made after 24 hours of service completion. Situations where a return re-clean has already been performed. Pre-existing issues (permanent stains, damage, wear & tear, etc.) that cannot be corrected through cleaning. Services that were not able to be completed due to client access issues (locked property, pets interfering, utilities turned off, unsafe conditions, etc.). Failure to disclose pest infestations, biohazards, or other unsafe cleaning conditions.

 

Special Circumstances & Consideration

If we are unable to reasonably correct the issue, and it is determined that the dissatisfaction is a result of a clear failure on our part, we may issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Refunds, if granted, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits required for large or specialty bookings are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of service are subject to a fee (outlined in our Terms & Conditions).

 

Our Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe:

  • The complaint is unreasonable or not related to the quality of our service.

  • The client has failed to meet their obligations under our Terms & Conditions.

  • Abuse of the refund policy is suspected.
