1. Scope of Work

Neat Freaks Cleaning Services ("we", "us", or "our") agrees to perform cleaning services as outlined in the service menu selected by the client ("you" or "the customer"). Services include, but are not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnovers, commercial cleaning, and specialty add-ons.

 

2. Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled via phone, email, website, or booking platform. A valid contact number and address are required. New clients may be asked to complete a short intake form. Preferred cleaning times are subject to availability. Rush or same-day service is available for an added fee.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are based on square footage, service level, and condition of the property. Additional charges apply for excessive dirt, biohazards, pest infestations, or specialty add-ons. Accepted payment methods: Cash, credit/debit card, mobile payment apps (e.g. CashApp, Venmo, etc.). Payment is due upon completion unless prior arrangements are made.A deposit may be required for large jobs or new customers.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments can be rescheduled once at no penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

 

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will return to re-clean the disputed area(s) at no additional charge, within reason. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to remedy the issue.

 

6. Access to Property

 

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. If cleaners are unable to enter due to locked doors, incorrect key codes, or other access issues, a lock-out fee of $50 will apply.

 

7. Damage & Liability

We take every precaution to avoid damage, but accidents can happen. Clients must notify us within 24 hours of any damage. We are insured and will repair or replace items for which we are at fault, up to the value covered by our insurance policy. Neat Freaks is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or wear and tear.

 

8. Health & Safety

We do not handle hazardous materials, animal waste, mold, or blood. Homes with pests (roaches, bed bugs, etc.) must be disclosed before booking. Failure to do so will result in service termination and a $100 fee. All cleaners are background-checked and trained for sanitation and safety.

 

9. Client Responsibilities

Please declutter floors, countertops, and sink areas before the appointment. Place pets in a secure area during cleaning. Notify us of any fragile or valuable items that require special care. Let us know if you'd like specific products or scent-free/eco-friendly alternatives.

 

10. Airbnb, Rental & Commercial Properties

Airbnb clients must provide up-to-date check-in/check-out schedules.Any last-minute turnovers are subject to premium rates. Commercial clients may request contracts for recurring service.

 

11. Privacy Policy

We will never sell or share your personal information. Any photos taken of spaces (for “before and after” or social media) will only be shared with explicit written consent.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service

Neat Freaks reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if a space is deemed unsafe, unsanitary beyond our scope, or if there is harassment or inappropriate behavior toward our staff. By booking any service with Neat Freaks Cleaning Services, you agree to the terms outlined above.
